Product Guarantee

At Hot Fire Pits Australia, we stand behind every product we sell. It means a great deal to us that you (our customer) are completely satisfied with any purchase you make on our online store.

Our refunds and manufacturer’s warranty are in addition to standard statutory consumer rights and complies with return, repairs and replacement policies that are consistent with Australian Consumer Laws.

You (our customer) are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Hot Fire Pits Australia warrants to you, our customer and purchaser of the product, that the product will be free from any defects for the entirety of the manufacturer's warranty period that is applicable to the said product. This is in addition to other rights and remedies that may be available under any applicable law. The manufacturer's warranty period is clearly stated under the 'Guarantee' tab on each product page.

Should a defect become evident during the warranty period, please contact us here or send an email to returns@hotfirepits.com.au. Hot Fire Pits Australia will either replace the product; or refund the customer the price paid by the customer for the product.

Should the product be deemed as defective, the product will need to be returned by the customer, along with proof of purchase, for a replacement or refund. Any other expenses incurred in claiming under this warranty are not covered by this warranty and will be the customer's expense, and not Hot Fire Pits Australia.

The obligation of Hot Fire Pits Australia under this warranty is limited to all circumstances above. It is also subject to the defective product to have not had any alteration, been tampered with or otherwise dealt with by any person in a manner other than what it is intended. The product should not have been used or applied in any manner contrary to customary usage or application of the relevant product or contrary to any stated installation instructions or specification of Hot Fire Pits Australia.
