Planika has a 2 year warranty covering parts. All servicing is done remotely via USB, and the technicians can fix 90% of all problems this way.

If the item is deemed as faulty, you will receive a refund for the price you paid for it or, be provided with a replacement.
Please note: Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
